These heaters are used to heat the rollers of corrugation machine inturn the rollers Corrugates the paper into flute form. Coils are made by Nicrothal 80/20 or kanthal D with maximized gauge suitable for the heating area of the heaters. And filled by automatic filling machine by MGO powder for higher melting point and thermal conductivity and compressed by rolling machine for greater insulation. Outer sheathing of the heater is made out of SS tube each heater consist of nine tubes. Spare tube heater are also available.

Heaters of any K.W can be controlled by our digital temperature controll panel by setting the required temperature as per requirement . When the heater temperature reaches the set limit the controller automatically switches off the heater and switches on automatically once falls bellow the cut off limit.

Tubular Heaters are capable of being formed into any shape.The inner helical coil consist of Nickel chromium resistance wire precisely centered in a metal sheath this coil is surrounded by magnesium oxide powder which is perfectly loaded to insure even density throughout the length of the heater. This entire assembly is then reduced to the finished diameter compacting the MGO Powder and freezing the coil in the center of the heater. Heater can be made to fit your application and area,temperature, and designed as per your requirement in water, chemicals.
